As on 22nd September 2019 I have visited the resident of the victim of the incident of 19th September 2019 and interacting with the parents of the victim and assured them to provide needful legal assistance and supports as per provision of law.
As reported 19th September 2019 one 16 years old girl found dead (hanged) in a near about place (1 KM distance from the resident at Pachim Dewanpasa, Ward No-3). Her body was hanged in a under constructed house.
On the day of incident around 9AM Police Official of Dharmanagar Woman PS reached the point of crime and recovered the body of the victim. Also file an FIR No: 2019 WDN 034
As per statement of the victim father, on 19th September 2019 morning the family members of the victim family didn’t found her in their home, after that they started searching for their daughter here-and-there. Later on they came to know that one girl was hanged in near about place of their resident .They reached the sport and found that the hanged girl was their own daughter.

As per stamen of the father, family members and people of local area that the victim was murdered. Police has taken custody of a person of local as a suspect and he is in police remand since the day of incident.
